The MORclub Rulebook

Welcome to the Club. Here are the ground rules for hanging out and shopping on the MORclub website. By browsing our pages or snagging some of our gear, you are agreeing to the guidelines laid out below. We might tweak these terms from time to time to keep things running smoothly, and any updates will kick in 10 days after we post them. Make sure to check back occasionally!


1. Who Owns What (Intellectual Property)

Everything you see on this site—from the graphics and logos to the videos and photos—is the exclusive property of MORclub or our creative partners. Please don't lift, copy, or reuse our content without permission.

2. Checking Out and Pricing

  • The Numbers: All price tags are listed in US Dollars (USD). Keep in mind that these numbers do not cover shipping fees, local taxes, or international import duties.

  • Secure Payments: We use trusted processors like Shopify Payments to keep your checkout safe.

  • Approvals: Your order is officially a go once your payment clears. If your bank declines the transaction, the order is automatically canceled, and we won't be able to fulfill the request.

3. Getting Your Gear (Shipping Policies)

  • The Costs: US shoppers score free delivery on orders dropping more than $120 USD. For everyone else, we calculate the freight at checkout based on the package weight and your location.

  • The Hustle: We move fast to get your items packed, but please give us up to 7 business days to process your order before it hits the road.

  • Tracking: Once it leaves our hands, we will shoot you a tracking link (peek in your spam folder if it's hiding).

  • Your Responsibilities: You are entirely on the hook for any international customs fees or import bills. Also, please double-check your address! We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost because of typos or if no one is around to accept the delivery.

4. The "Changed My Mind" Policy (Returns & Exchanges)

Not feeling your purchase? You have a 20-day window from the delivery date to figure it out.

The Requirements:

  • Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and still rocking all their original tags and packaging.

  • Hygiene Rule: We absolutely cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimates (like socks, bras, and underwear) or any discounted promotional items.

How to Swap It:

  • Shoot a message to [MORclub Contact Email] within those 20 days, or drop by a physical MORclub shop (franchises excluded) with your receipt.

  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to [MORclub Return Address].

  • The Resolution: We do not offer standard cash refunds unless legally required by the right of withdrawal. Instead, we will happily swap your item for a new size/color or hook you up with digital store credit to use later.

5. If You Need a True Refund

In the rare event a standard refund is legally applicable and approved, the funds go back to the original card you used. We do not refund the initial shipping fees. Expect it to take up to 10 business days for the banks to sort it out. We will only hit "refund" after the returned goods are safely back in our warehouse and have passed inspection.

6. Package Mishaps (Lost, Stolen, or Busted Boxes)

Once the carrier picks up your box, it is out of our direct control. MORclub does not cover lost or snatched packages.

  • If your tracking says "delivered" but your porch is empty, reach out directly to the shipping provider (e.g., FedEx) to file a claim.

  • If the box arrives looking severely damaged or opened, snap some pictures before looking at the contents, file a claim with the carrier, and forward the details to us at [MORclub Contact Email] immediately.

7. Promo Codes and Deals

Whenever we drop a discount code, we will clearly spell out the rules (like minimum spends and expiration dates). You can only use one code per order, they are strictly one-per-person, and they cannot be stacked with other offers.

8. Your Privacy and Data

We respect your personal information. When you buy something or make an account, we collect the basics (name, email, shipping details, and shopping habits) to get your order to you and improve our shop.

  • We never collect highly sensitive data or information from minors.

  • Your details are locked down with strict security protocols. We only share them with partners directly involved in getting your order to you (like our shipping couriers) or running our internal business.

  • You can opt out of our marketing emails or request to manage your data at any time by emailing [MORclub Contact Email].
